We have installed more than hundred weighbridges in all over Pakistan with Minebea product. But I would like to share some weighbridges stories with you.
- POL
POL is an oil and gas refining firm, they supply oil and gas in entire Pakistan. In 2011 we made a contract with POL and installed weighbridges with Minebea products. We successfully installed the system in 2012. On the other hand they had Avery Weighbridge located in their factory. They compared our Minebea Weighbridge with Avery weighbridge about Accuracy. As the Quality Speaks itself. POL got satisfied and appreciate our Minebea product. POL gave us 2 new weighbridges orders which we are installing at two more locations, Mial and Khore Center.
- Bismillah commercial Weighbridge
The 2nd success story is about a commercial Weighbridge in Haroonabad (a city at south east Pakistan).
They previously had Vishay digital load cell installed but since two years they were experiencing temperature effects on the digital load cells. Finally they found a solution to their problem which is quiet funny. They covered the load cells with jute bags and pored cold water on it, as a result load cell used to cool down in severe hot temperature and worked properly.
It was a temporary solution, they were damn fedup of it. We convinced them for Minebea product and as expected the result was a success. Everybody was happy.
Tank Weighing
- Volka Foods:
Here Comes the 3rd one volka Foods a newly setup company in Multan, Pakistan that makes cookies, jelly, candies etc.
Tank weighing was a fresh new experience for us. We got the enquiry and thought to work on it. We visited their sight and negotiated about Minebea load cells PR6211 with IBCX4 Controller, Without having any experience we installed the system and it is working properly fine. For us it is a mighty success.
Similarly we installed tank weighing system in nestle Kabirwla , quite Comprehensively.
FILLING SYSTEM
Multan LPG
For the success story of filling system, I require you special attention as it is a bit confusion, MULTAN LPG is a gas supplier. Their Criteria of Sale is that, they fill the gas in cylinders and then supply in Market. They already have four filling system installed in their factory. 1 out of 4 filling system got problem, it could not accept the calibration, they discussed the problem with many engineers of many companies but all in vain and they call us for guidance. We visited the filling system, traced out the fault, Actually the problem was there in their load cells. It was IBM single point load cell. We replaced the load cell, problem was solved. They appreciated us big time.
Two More Local Companies (Suncrops “pestisides” and Golden Lubricants” got their problem solved through us. You can see the pictures.
It is a team effort , it all could not has been possible without our efforts.

About Tuwairqi
Tuwairqi steel is producing DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) which recovered from mines and available in shape having 70% Iron in it. TSML is purifying this DRI up to 97% of Iron.
Tuwairqi group is operating another DRI process plant in Damam (UAE) therefore management of TSML Pakistan asked for mechanical drawing from Damam plant and prepared mechanical structure according to supplied drawing.
Client’s Need Assessment
After finalizing of purifying of DRI, client need to fill a bag of DRI having 2.5 ton capacity.
Libra Scales (KHI) Offers
We offer them automatic bag filling systems and deal was done as Libra Scales will deliver only electronics (IBC X4 controller along with platform and load cells) and TSML will design mechanical system at their own.
Libra Scales (Karachi) Decision making & Situation Handling/ Problem Accessment:
We don't have sufficient mechanical expertise therefore we agreed on electronics only.
We observed that some mechanical errors still have in mechanical structure e-g-
Only course gate is exist to control. Gate has sliding design but ball bearings are not installed under sliding gate.
We recommend them to prepare 2 gates as course and fine gates
Also recommend them ball bearings under the sliding gates for friction free movement of sliding gates
After completion of mechanical, pneumatic and electronic work we started bag filling on trial basis.
Results:
First bag result was 2600 kgs instead of 2500 kgs as decided target.
We suggest some more modifications in mechanical which are creating errors in result according to our best of knowledge.
After a hard work of more than a month we got targeted result 2500 kgs with error of 5 kgs as agreed in order contract.
